Mindfulness Cornwall

Mindfulness Cornwall is a group of dedicated, committed, and trained practitioners who are delivering mindfulness in a variety of settings across Cornwall. They offer a range of mindfulness based approaches including 8 week courses, training days, mindful yoga and one-to-one mindfulness based therapy. People take part to promote general well-being; reduce stress, anxiety and panic; cope with low mood or depression; and deal with conditions such as chronic fatigue, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, sleep disorder and headaches.
