Carn to Cove is Cornwall’s performing arts scheme for rural communities filling community halls with poetry, music and drama, stories and dancing. Local people run the events and choose the live shows they want to see and hear in their halls Recently a survey revealed that 80% of Carn to Cove audiences walk to their local hall. Carn to Cove works in close collaboration with Cornwall Young Promoters Scheme (www.youngpromoters.org) which enables young people to select and promote shows in their communities.

CTC Cornwall is a "Local Group" of the CTC. A Local Group represents CTC members in a particular geographical area. In the case of CTC Cornwall this is the whole of Cornwall. Thus if you are a CTC Member living in Cornwall, you are automatically a member of CTC Cornwall. CTC Cornwall is in its infancy - the group was formed in March 2008. There is usually a ride from Penzance on a Sunday.
These community festivals and fairs either have a low carbon footprint, revive local traditions or strengthen local culture and arts.
