Seahorse Arts

They provide training in the Taoist Arts of the Lee style - one of the oldest forms of Taoist training which was brought to the west in the 1930's and it still embodies the traditional Taoist methods from before the modern era in China. The style has maintained its independence from western philosophy and materialism and has not been mixed with techniques from elsewhere. The main emphasis in Lee style T'ai Chi is on relaxation and health and it is based on Taoist philosophy. Evening classes and weekend courses.

Choice Conflict Resolution

Conflict Resolution is really just clearer communication. Differing perceptions, difficult personalities and breakdowns in communication often lead to conflict. Perhaps repeated requests are met with blame, denial, placation and unfulfilled promises. Perhaps we also find it difficult to express our needs to certain people. Learning how to handle our differences and express our needs effectively, can improve our working, family and social environments. Conflict resolution skills help to raise matters directly and effectively without engaging in blame; communicate effectively with difficult personalities; address the reasons for competition and resentment; enhance mutual understanding and cooperative problem-solving. Choice offers tailor-made training, coaching and mediation.
